When your outstanding balance is due you ll receive an email from etsy. If your current balance is negative at the end of the month you ll have an amount due on the first on the next month. If you make any sales through etsy payments your fees will automatically be deducted.
I figure that if somebody pays it all up front then as long as they provide me the correct info then we are good to go. I have several listings for the full final price of commissions on etsy i like to do this so they show up as something searchable and as an obvious service to potential customers.
